Background
The San Diego Technology Fund is an early-stage small business near-equity revolving fund operated by the City of San Diego City Planning & Community Investment Department with input regarding program policies and funding decisions from an Advisory Board comprised of CRA bank investors and a diverse group of private sector experts and community volunteers with experience in community development venture capital.
Investment Information
SDTF provides patient, flexible, working capital financing of $50,000 to $200,000, for terms up to 5 years, at or below market interest rates, and may include success fees to provide risk-appropriate upside.
