$16MM NEO Capital Fund to Boost Ohio Economy |

The Fund for Our Economic Future has announced the formation of NEO Capital Fund, a “fund of funds” with a mission of investing in venture capital funds that will assist fledgling companies or entrepreneurs in Northeast Ohio. The Fund has been capitalized with $16 million in commitments from foundations and institutions including Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Foundation, the GAR Foundation, the George Gund Foundation, KeyBank, National City Bank (now a part of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.), the Saint Luke's Foundation, the Stark Community Foundation, and University Hospitals.
