Human Resources Volunteer, CDVCA Print E-mail


CDVCA is seeking a volunteer with senior-level experience in human resources administration or other experience with issues such as
  • medical benefits,
  • retirement benefits,
  • broad-based stock option plans,
  • workforce training and development,
  • “high road” employment practices, and
  • helping employees gain access to government benefits and services.

 

The volunteer would work with CDVCA’s president and staff to develop a business plan to supply services to venture capital funds that will increase both the financial value and the social value (benefit to entry-level employees) of their investments.


The following qualifications are desirable:

  • Masters or Bachelors and/or degree
  • At least two years of relevant business experience
  • High-level experience with the issues noted above
  • Ability to think creatively and to help think though a project from initial conception to full business plan
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Interest in using your skills for social good
