Human Resources Volunteer, CDVCA |

CDVCA is seeking a volunteer with senior-level experience in human resources administration or other experience with issues such as
- medical benefits,
- retirement benefits,
- broad-based stock option plans,
- workforce training and development,
- “high road” employment practices, and
- helping employees gain access to government benefits and services.
The volunteer would work with CDVCA’s president and staff to develop a business plan to supply services to venture capital funds that will increase both the financial value and the social value (benefit to entry-level employees) of their investments.
The following qualifications are desirable:
- Masters or Bachelors and/or degree
- At least two years of relevant business experience
- High-level experience with the issues noted above
- Ability to think creatively and to help think though a project from initial conception to full business plan
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Interest in using your skills for social good
