Bank Enterprise Award ProgramThrough the Bank Enterprise Award (BEA) Program, the Fund provides monetary incentives for banks and thrifts that expand investments in CDFIs and increase lending, investment, and service activities within severely distressed communities.
CDVC funds can attract banks and thrifts as investors in their funds with the BEA Program. CDVC Funds with less than $25 million in capital under management can qualify as CDFI Partners in which banks and thrifts receive BEA credit for investing.
